Man United’s £62.1m bid for Arsenal’s Aubameyang
Have you heard the one about Man United’s supposed £62.1 million bid for Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang?
That story has been recycled by the likes of Football365 on Thursday, following an original report on FC Inter News.

For the record, FC Inter News have been around for years.
The Italian website is dedicated to everything Inter Milan.
On Thursday, in a report mainly focused on Inter’s chase for Man United striker Romelu Lukaku, it was claimed that Man United have already offered £62.1m for Arsenal’s Aubameyang.
Had such a bid have been lodged, one would assume that the offer would have been covered in the UK press.
It hasn’t been, save for the following segment on TalkSport earlier this summer.
“I’ve got somebody on the inside…”
“He’s told me that Man United are interested in signing Aubameyang.”

Ronaldinho ‘close’ to Birkirkara move
Now 39, is Ronaldinho about to come out of retirement to join Maltese side Birkirkara FC?
No, probably not.
Yet that story is doing the rounds in Malta, following an original report from “L-Argument – a sports-dedicated programme which airs on One TV”.
Digging into the original report on Ronaldinho, all we’ve found is a semi-popular post on L-Argument’s Facebook page.
Meanwhile, below is a picture of Ronaldinho recently hanging out with Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro.
