Trent Alexander-Arnold gives FPL fans concerns before Man United

Liverpool vs Manchester United

Liverpool take on Manchester United this Sunday as they look to maintain their spot at the top of the Premier League.

Jurgen Klopp’s side head into the game the only side unbeaten in their first 16 Premier League games, winning 13 and drawing three.

However, Man City are just one point behind them in the league. So, a win vs United is vital to keep them top.

As for Man United, they head into the game 6th in the league having won just one of their last five league matches.

United’s last league game saw them beat Fulham 4-1. But they did just lose 2-1 vs Valencia on Wednesday.

Alexander-Arnold’s worrying injury picture

Liverpool’s last game was a must-win Champions League tie vs Napoli on Tuesday.

Liverpool needed to beat Napoli 1-0 or by two goals if the Serie A side scored.

Klopp’s side would come away with a 1-0 to secure their place in the next round.

Unfortunately for Liverpool, Trent Alexander-Arnold would hobble off in injury time with a knock.

The extent of Alexander-Arnold’s injury is still not fully known with Klopp likely to provide an update prior to the United game.

But a picture has been circulating the internet that is giving both Liverpool and Fantasy Premier League fans some concerns.

The picture in question shows Alexander-Arnold playing video games while wearing a foot brace.

The picture is post-Napoli game and does likely mean the full-back will be out for some time.

This, as shown by the comments under the TAA picture on Reddit, is causing Fantasy Premier League fans a lot of trouble as the right-back is a top budget defender for many people’s teams.
