Tottenham & Serge Aurier
Save for something completely crazy happening, Serge Aurier will today complete his move from PSG to Tottenham.
Aurier has managed to get clearance to move to England, despite having a previous conviction for assaulting a police officer.
But could Aurier just be the start of some late deals between Tottenham and PSG.
On Wednesday, news have broken out of France on how Lucas Moura and Angel Di Maria have both been discussed by Spurs.
PSG’s Lucas Moura
PSG are widely known to be looking to sell stars.
That’s because they’ve spent 222 million euros on Neymar, whiel Kylian Mbappe’s move from Monaco to PSG for 180 million euros is imminent.
PSG now have to try and play withing UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules, meaning they need to sell.
Within that context, It’s been reported that PSG have offered midfielder Lucas Moura to Tottenham.
It’s worth noting that many have suggested that Lucas was key in the Neymar deal.
The Brazilians have grown up together, and they are known to be good friends.
Spurs eye Angel Di Maria
But according to France Football journalist Nabil Djellit, Spurs aren’t interested in Moura.
Instead, however, Mauricio Pochettino asked whether former Real Madrid and Man United winger Angel Di Maria is up for sale.
While PSG seem open to selling Di Maria, Tottenham have deemed the deal “too expensive”.
Could this be the start of some classic late Daniel Levy deals?
