Tottenham could land PSG midfielder as part of Ndombele deal

The future of Tottenham midfielder Tanguy Ndombele has been brought to the fore once again, with a potential swap deal for a PSG star now being touted.
Ndombele’s Tottenham career has hit a wall, the man signed from Lyon with much hype behind him has since failed to impress under four Spurs managers.
The latest of which is, of course, Antonio Conte. Ndombele’s last outing under Conte saw him booed off by Tottenham fans as his side struggled to beat League One outfit Morecambe in the FA Cup.
Since then, PSG have been linked with a move for the midfielder:

Now, another update on the situation has emerged via Goal citing the Daily Mail.
Goal report that former Liverpool midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum could join Tottenham as part of a deal that would see Ndombele move to PSG. The two sides are locked in talks over a loan deal for Ndombele, with Wijnaldum reportedly eager to leave PSG.
What has Pochettino said about Ndombele?
Current PSG boss Mauricio Pochettino would be quizzed on his side’s interest in Ndombele recently.
The Argentine, though, kept his cards close to his chest, stating: “I’m not talking about Ndombele because he’s not in our club. PSG are open to progress, to improve.
“I think everything is open, one week left.”
Despite Wijnaldum now being 31, getting the Dutchman as part of an Ndombele deal would likely help this Tottenham side out a lot.
Antonio Conte requires hard-working central midfielders in his system that can also create and whilst Wijnaldum fits this bill well, showing a great mix of work ethic and creativity for Liverpool and the Netherlands, Ndombele clearly lacks in the effort department.
