An insight into the future of transfer-linked Atalanta star Ruslan Malinovskyi has been provided on Tuesday evening.
Attacking midfielder Malinovskyi, of course, has been hotly tipped for a Premier League switch of late.
Amid long-standing admiration on the part of Antonio Conte, it is understood that Tottenham Hotspur have expressed a keen interest in landing the Ukrainian, ahead of the fast-approaching close of the transfer window.
Not only that, but Atalanta boss Gian Piero Gasperini too hinted at a potentially imminent departure for Malinovskyi, in publicly admitting that his side are on the lookout for a player of a similar ilk, who ‘can score more than 6 goals’ in a season.
‘He adapted very well, but it’s only right that we find players that are more in line with our style of play’, Gasperini added.

Where, though, does Malinovskyi himself stand on the prospect of a move to England’s capital this summer.
The info comes courtesy of transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, and bodes altogether well for those hopeful of seeing the 29-year-old land at Spurs before the summer is out.
This comes with Malinovskyi ‘dreaming’ of taking to the pitch in the colours of the Lilywhites, and having made as much clear to the clubs on both sides of the saga surrounding his name.
It’s true that Malinovskyi dreams of Tottenham. He would love to join. Message is clear from players side
The only club who made an official proposal so far is Marseille.. that offer was rejected
