Tottenham Hotspur are continuing their search for a new attacking midfielder.
Spurs have managed to move on both Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele who have joined Villarreal and Napoli respectively.
Now, they are looking to Atalanta’s Ruslan Malinovskyi, who looks set to leave Bergamo this summer.
Malinovskyi says yes to Spurs, but agreement with Atalanta not close
According to TuttoAtalanta, Atalanta are hoping for €20 million for Ruslan Malinovskyi.
Antonio Conte’s team are pushing to sign him and are discussing a deal with the Italian club.
Tottenham are hoping to sign the midfielder on loan with an option to buy.
However, Atalanta are only looking to secure a fee for him now.
Atalanta consider a loan with an obligation to buy as the worst-case scenario.
But, in a boost for Spurs, they have already had the ‘OK’ of the player.
Now, they must work on finding an agreement with Atalanta as they look to bring in the talented Ukrainian.
Ndombele arrives in Rome
Tanguy Ndombele has arrived in Rome to undergo his medical with Napoli.
It has been reported that he will join on loan and Napoli will have the option to buy him for €32.5 million.
