Journalist Matteo Moretto also claims that the Reds are leading the race and adds that they are willing to make a big investment to get him.
He is one of two midfielders that Jürgen Klopp is hoping to sign, with the German coach insisting on Liverpool adding the current BVB man.
All the signs are now looking good for Bellingham to make the big switch to Anfield ahead of Real Madrid.
