While Jose Mourinho is trying to add quality to his squad for the start of next season, Manchester United are also busy trying to attract the best young talent in world football to Old Trafford too.
This summer the Red Devils have made moves in the transfer market for youth players.
Man United have signed Largie Ramazani; a 16-year-old forward, who signed a four-year deal with to move to Old Trafford.
The Red Devils have also signed France Under-16 international Aliou Badara Traore, plus 16-year-old Northern Ireland midfielder Ethan Galbraith.
On Tuesday another youngster put pen to paper to join Man United: former Leeds United goalie Theo Richardson.
Man United announced Richardson’s arrival on the club’s website, telling fans:
Signed on a permanent contract after arriving on a short-term basis towards the end of the 2016/17 season.
One of four keepers with the Reserves squad at the training camp in Austria – with Kieran O’Hara, Max Johnstone and Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui – and likely to push for a place in the Under-23s and UEFA Youth League squad.
