Is Andy Carroll set to return to Newcastle from West Ham?
Reports in the Sunday tabloids today bring up a transfer that looks like to happen at some point or another: Andy Carroll returning to Newcastle.
As it stands, Newcastle are weighing up their options to make a bid for Carroll.
Whilst West Ham are desperate to get the injury prone striker out of the London Stadium.

Do Newcastle need Andy Carroll?
The rumour emerges just before Newcastle take the field at Huddersfield in their second Premier League game of the season.
Rafa Benitez’s side went down to a 2-0 home defeat against Spurs last Sunday and also had Jonjo Shelvey sent off.
Newcastle did look toothless up front against Spurs. But, in the midweek signed Joselu from Stoke, who is also a physical striker that can lead the line.
Whilst it was initially speculated that Carroll would be the perfect foil for Javier Hernandez at West Ham, this has to be unlikely.
Chicharito excelled on his own up front on Saturday, scoring two goals at Southampton, in a 3-2 loss. But, there was plenty for the Hammers to be positive about considering they played most of the game with 10 men.
Odds slashed on shock CarrollNewcastle reunion
Andy Carroll could be set for a sensational return to Newcastle United, according to Ladbrokes.
The West Ham striker has this weekend been linked with a move back to the north-east, and the bookies have slashed odds of that happening this summer from 10/1 to just 3/1.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Newcastle have been relatively quite in the transfer window up to this point, but a move for Carroll could kick-start plenty of activity in the north-east in the next 10 days or so.”
