Premier League newcomers Nottingham Forest have, on Saturday, wrapped up a deal for yet another addition to the club’s first-team ranks.
The player primed to link up with the Reds imminently? Renan Lodi.
Left-back Lodi, of course, has been hotly tipped for a Forest switch over the course of the last couple of days, after word was forthcoming in the media that the Brazilian had been made available for transfer by the powers that be at Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
And, late this evening, it appears that a deal has been all but closed, amid confirmation across the media that Lodi has arrived in England to undergo his medical at the City Ground.

Should the transfer, as expected, now be pushed over the line, the defender’s arrival would mark the 18th addition to Steve Cooper’s squad this summer.
Incredibly, though, the powers that be at Forest do not appear ready to call time on their eye-watering recruitment drive just yet.
In fact, as per the reliable John Percy of The Telegraph, Cooper and co. have their sights set on as many as three more additions, ahead of the fast-approaching transfer deadline.
