Swansea remain interested in Las Palmas’ sought after winger Jonathan Viera.
According to Marca, the Welsh club have had a 25 million Euro bid turned down for the Spaniard.
Viera has a 30 million Euro release clause which the Swans are not prepared to meet.
Two clubs with similar interest, who could trigger Viera’s release clause are Newcastle and Everton.
Everton have been one of the Premier League’s most pro-active clubs so far this summer, already buying Jordan Pickford, Davy Klaassen, Wayne Rooney, Sandro Ramirez and Michael Keane.
Marca go on to say that Las Palmas do not want to sell one of their star players and are not in a position where they will be forced to do so.
