Mesut Ozil, Arsenal & Man United
Have the Sunday Express simply made up this transfer story?
The Express have claimed this weekend that Mesut Ozil could ditch Arsenal to join Manchester United.
Neil Fissler has printed the following exclusive story:
Manchester United are closely monitoring Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil and could make a move in the January transfer window.
The former German international has been told to justify his £350,000-a-week wages by new Gunners boss Unai Emery.

There appear to be more holes in this story than a piece of Swiss cheese.
First off, Ozil is committed to Arsenal for the foreseeable future. The German World Cup winner recently agreed a new long term contract with the Gunners.
He’s locked down at the Emirates Stadium until 2021.
Moreover, would Man United really try to sign Ozil?
Such a signing would surely cost United a huge amount of money. While Jose Mourinho has started the season without a new centre-back in the side, which is surely the key position United need to address in the transfer market.
Mezut Ozil on target vs Newcastle
The timing of the Express’s Ozil report also seems off.
It comes the morning after Ozil scored his first goal of the season for Arsenal in a 2-1 win at Newcastle.
Ozil scored the crucial winner for the Gunners early in the second half at St James’ Park.
Ozil on Emery: "I said in the past I'm very happy to play for Arsenal especially under the new coach. He knows what he wants, the team accepts that, all the team support him and we have a good relationship with him." pic.twitter.com/twRomeDfyV

Moreover, in recent days Emery has stressed he has a good working relationship with Ozil.
Unai Emery insists he has a 'good relationship' with Mesut Ozil and that the midfielder could benefit from skipping international duty with Germany.
