Liverpool’s 2-0 defeat at West Ham suggests they are crying out for reinforcements but Jurgen Klopp is clearly planning for the longer term at Anfield.

For a number of weeks now, Liverpool have been heavily linked with the 19-year-old midfielder, who has predictably already been compared to Steven Gerrard.

Grujic’s move to Liverpool has hit the headlines with his father reportedly opposing the deal and late last week reports suggested that the 19-year-old had been granted a Serbian visa.

Late on Saturday evening, Grujic once again confirmed his move to Liverpool on Facebook, where he will undergo a medical this coming Monday.

In an answer to a Facebook comment, Grujic confirms he will be joining Liverpool and according to Serbian reports will be loaned back to Crvena Zvezda for the rest of 2015/2016.

A subsequent post on Facebook has Grujic wrapped up warm seemingly on his way to London, with plenty of Liverpool fans welcoming the Serbian midfielder to Anfield.
