There’s a new player for Tottenham fans to research on Sunday.

According to reports out of France, Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is a target for Tottenham.

Indeed, Tottenham have reportedly opened talks with the 21-year-old Ndombele, as have Juventus.

Paris United with the report

The latest updates on Ndombele have come from well-known French ITK’s Paris United.

Paris United have established themselves as one of the best sources of news in France in recent years.

While they usually break news on PSG, Paris United have a good reputation when it comes to their stories.

Who is Tanguy Ndombele?

Ndombele spent the 2018-18 season on loan at Lyon from Amiens.

Last season Ndombele played 50 matches for Lyon. He scored one goal in the Europa League, while he chipped in with seven assists in all competitions.

Ndombele’s contract at Amiens expires in 2020.

Man United & Man City

Paris United report that Lyon have an €8 million option to buy Ndombele.

Tottenham and Juventus have reportedly opened talks with the youngster as those clubs aim to sign the midfielder this summer.

Paris United also link Manchesters United and City with the French U21 international.

Man United are expected to make a move for Ndombele, while Man City are also lurking in the background.

Yet it would be no surprise the Manchester clubs missed out of the Frenchman.

Man United seem to have targeted Fred as their number one midfield target this summer.

As for Man City, the Sky Blues appear to be on the verge of landing Italian international Jorginho from Napoli.
