Leicester continue to recruit
How much money are Leicester planning to spend this summer?
The Foxes seem committed to investing in their squad, and who is willing to bet against Claudio Ranieri’s side being in the title mix up next season again?
It’s already been a busy transfer window for the Foxes, as they’ve signed German goalie Ron-Robert Zieler from Hannover, defender Luis Hernandez from Sporting Gijon, midfielder Nampalys Mendy from Nice, and upstart Raul Uche Rubio from Valencia.
Moreover, CSKA Moscow’s Nigerian international Ahmed Musa is also moving to the King Power Stadium.
Jamie Vardy has also penned a new deal, while Riyad Mahrez and N’Golo Kante haven’t left (yet).
And now there’s a new name for Leicester fans to read up on: Gremio forward Luan Vieira.
Gremio’s Luan to Leicester
Leading Brazilian news outlet Globo have announced that Leicester held a two-hour meeting with Gremio forward Luan Vieira in Brazil on Monday.
Crucially the Foxes have yet to bid for the 24-year-old attacker.
Luan Vieira has made 120 league appearances for Gremio since 2014, scoring 30 goals.
The transfer could be difficult, however, as Gremio only own 70 per cent of the player’s economic rights.
Globo note that Luan is keen on joining Leicester.
