Leeds United head coach Jesse Marsch has, on Tuesday night, revealed the club’s interest in a key member of the attacking ranks at Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The player in question? Hwang Hee-chan.
Speaking to the media after overseeing a 1-1 stalemate with Everton a short time ago, Marsch was drawn on Leeds’ plans for the remainder of the transfer window.
And, safe to say, the American tactician was not at all shy in providing an insight into as much.
In fact, Marsch openly admitted that the aforementioned Hwang has emerged as a chief target at Elland Road ahead of Thursday’s deadline:
“He is on our list and has been from the beginning,” the tactician confirmed.

For those not aware, Marsch’s comments come after Leeds were dealt a fresh blow on the personnel front during their meeting with Everton this evening.
Late in the first-half of action in west Yorkshire, hitman Rodrigo was forced into a premature departure, owing to what appeared to be a shoulder injury.
With Patrick Bamford an almost constant injury concern at present, too, word of the Peacocks’ interest in Hwang should therefore not come as all that much of a surprise.
