Manchester City are expected to make a move for Kalvin Phillips, according to the Telegraph.

Having already agreed deals for Erling Haaland and Julian Alvarez, City are targeting their third summer signing.

Pep Guardiola's side are also eyeing a move for Brighton's Marc Cucurella.

The Leeds midfielder is understood to be valued at £60 million, whilst Brighton want £50 million for Cucurella.

Man City's plan to raise funds for Phillips

The Telegraph claim that Manchester City will attempt to make £200 million through player sales this summer.

Gabriel Jesus is set to be the first player out the door with Arsenal hoping to land him ahead of Tottenham.

The Brazilian could leave for a fee of around £50 million.

Raheem Sterling could join him in departing the club with the likes of Real Madrid, Chelsea and Barcelona all interested.

City are hoping to fetch around £60 million for forward despite him only having 12 months left on his contract.

Meanwhile, the sales of Pedro Porro for £7 million and Gavin Bazunu for £15 million have raised even further money.

Other youngsters who could also leave the club include Yangel Herrera and Morgan Rodgers.

Oleksandr Zinkenko, Ilkay Gundogan and Nathan Ake could all also be sold if City receive major offers for them.
