Liverpool fans are likely to see the name of Daniel Amartey flash up on their radar today.
Stories are swishing about that Liverpool could be about to make a move for the 21-year-old Ghanaian who plays for FC Copenhagen.
That’s currently unlikely to happen.
The rumour stems from an interview Footafrica365 held with Daniel Amartey’s agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, this week.
Cetinkaya was principally talking about rumours that his client could be headed to Marseille. He said:
Many top established European clubs are interested in him. The French clubs are no exception. There are scouts who watch him in every game. Today, Daniel is ready to move quickly to join a club of a higher level. Daniel is interested in the French Championship.
Footafrica365 noted that Liverpool, Leicester, Wolfsburg and Bordeaux are also in the mix for Amartey, but those teams were named as an afterthought.
@BeardedGenius that is actually a disgrace even by your standards ;)

Amartey has been linked to Liverpool several times in the past.
Able to play in defence or midfield, the Black Stars international once had to turn down a trial at Anfield when he played for Swedish club Djurgarden because a hand injury.
Amartey has played 44 league games for FC Copenhagen scoring three goals.
Under contract until 2019, he is expected to command a 6.5 million euro transfer fee.
