Over the past couple of seasons, Giacomo Bonaventura has become a key player for AC Milan.
The Rossoneri midfielder has been excellent for Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side as they have started to look like challenging the biggest sides in Italy again.
On Sunday, CalcioMercato, a good source for transfer news in Italy, report that Bonaventura has become a target for three big English Premier League clubs: Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City.
Liverpool’s interest in Bonaventura has been known for sometime.
Most intriguing of all is Chelsea, who will likely be coached by Antonio Conte next season.
According to CalcioMercato, Conte has sent Chelsea scouts to watch Bonaventura in action over recent days.
Bonaventura told Italian TV in October 2012, whilst still playing for Atalanta, that he dreamt of playing for Chelsea.
But, whilst Conte is already scouting for Chelsea players, it must be noted that Bonaventura is represented by the notorious Mino Raiola, who is also an agent for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba.
