95 million Euro
Serie A champions Juventus have rejected a massive bid for their star player Paulo Dybala.
Barcelona’s offer of 95 million Euros for the Argentine was turned down by Juve, according to Don Balon (via Corriere dello Sport).
Barcelona’s interest in Dybala is no secret, but Juventus are determined to keep hold of their most prized possession – having already lost Paul Pogba last summer, and Leonardo Bonucci last week.
Juventus view the 95 million Euro valuation for the 23-year-old as insufficient.
According to the Iberian outlet, La Joya‘s future remains in Turin for the time being.
Meanwhile, Juve are close to completing a deal to bring in Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
The Polish shot stopper is viewed as Gianluigi’s long-term replacement after the veteran retires at the end of the upcoming season.
Arsenal are set to make around £10m from the transfer.
Szczesny spent last season on loan at Roma where he was one of Serie A’s most impressive goalkeepers.
