Tottenham vs Watford betting tips: Premier League match preview & predictions

Tottenham vs Watford 101 Great Goals prediction: Tottenham 2-1 Watford

In the space of just four days, Tottenham Hotspur crashed out of both domestic cups with silverware looking set to elude them for yet another season.

Without Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Heung-min Son Spurs have looked toothless and short of confidence.

Watford are expected to be a strong challenge for the North London club with the Hornets eyeing European qualification.

Premier League preview: Tottenham vs Watford

With Premier League and Champions League now the only focus, Tottenham will see Wednesday as a must win.

Chelsea ended their hopes of a League Cup final in midweek before Crystal Palace stunned them just four days later in the FA Cup.

Pochettino now faces a third game in the space of a week and will again be without key duo, Kane and Alli.

Fernando Llorente has been the man tasked with replacing but the Spaniard has failed to impress.

Pochettino will be hoping that the return of Son from the Asian Cup will be the boost needed to inspire his side’s attack.

Meanwhile, Watford successfully managed to overcome Newcastle United to reach the next round of the FA Cup.

The wins sees Javi Gracia’s reign at Vicarage Road continue to go from strength to strength with the Hornets currently sat seventh.

However, Watford will be keen to improve upon their performances which saw them held to a goalless draw with Burnley last time out in the Premier League.
