Tottenham vs Crvena Zvezda betting tips: Champions League match preview & predictions

Tottenham vs Crvena Zvezda 101 Great Goals’ prediction: Tottenham 0-2 Crvena Zvezda

Tottenham Hotspur’s season continued to descend into chaos on Saturday as they were held by bottom-club Watford at home.

Following a 7-2 defeat to Bayern Munich and a 3-0 loss to Brighton, Spurs’ confidence has been totally shot.

The North London club now face a crucial clash with Red Star Belgrade as they look to keep their Champions League hopes alive.

Red Star’s win over Olympiacos in matchweek 2 puts the Serbian side in a strong position as they head to London.

Champions League preview: Tottenham vs Crvena Zvezda

Without a win all season, Watford went to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and lead for 80 minutes.

Spurs ended up being held to a draw by a side who had taken just three points from their first 8 games.

The draw highlighted the sheer extent of their problems as they looked toothless in attack and error-prone in defence.

Mauricio Pochettino had two weeks to sort out a new plan of action during the international break.

But, most of the troubled players remained in the line-up and the performance was once again far from acceptable.

With the manager unwilling to criticise his players or drop the under performers, it is difficult to see how he will turn this around.

Tottenham fans will be hoping new signings Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon can be a possible solution when they return.
