Tottenham vs Borussia Dortmund
Tottenham and Borussia Dortmund are very familiar with each other these days.
Spurs have got the better of BVB in the Champions League in the past two seasons.
But on Sunday, the Sun believe that Borussia Dortmund have the edge on their north London rivals in the transfer market.
BVB and Spurs are both linked to Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon.
Ryan Sessegnon’s Fulham future
The main focus of the Sun’s report is to outline what’s next for Ryan Sessegnon at Fulham.
Now 18, many predicted that Sessegnon would have a breakout year in the Premier League.
Sessegnon was brilliant in Fulham’s promotion winning campaign. However the teenager repeatedly found himself on the bench during the Cottagers’ doomed season in the top flight.
In something of a surprise, the Sun claim that Sessegnon is prepared to stay at Fulham next term.
But that’s wrapped up as bad news for the west Londoners, as Sessegnon is eyeing up a move as a free agent in 2020:
Ryan Sessegnon is ready to see out his Fulham contract — then sign for Borussia Dortmund.
Bundesliga giants Dortmund are interested in signing the 18-year-old on a pre-contract next January — when he will have six months of his Craven Cottage agreement left.
The German side would pay training compensation but it could be just £500,000, compared to the £50million asking price last summer.

Last year we achieved something that I had been dreaming of as a @fulhamfc player and there was no better feeling for me than getting the club I’ve been at since I was a kid back to the prem. We knew this season would be a massive test but are gutted that it has ended like this. We know all season we weren’t good enough and ultimately we paid the price for it. We can’t thank the fans enough for the support week in week out it has meant everything and you have kept us going through some very tough times. All we can do now is try and finish the season on a high 🖤 #RS3
