Youri Tielemans & Leicester
Leicester’s loan signing of Youri Tielemans from Monaco in the January transfer window has proven to be a masterstroke.
Tielemans, in the space of a few months, has revived his confidence and hype thanks to a series of goals and assists.
The Belgian international has three goals and five assists for the Foxes.
Indeed, Tielemans has contributed a goal or assist in eight of his last nine Leicester appearances.

Will Leicester sign Tielemans on a permanent deal this summer?
That remains up in the air, but here are the facts.
Tielemans joined Leicester City on a six month loan contract from Monaco in January.
Adrien Silva left the King Power Stadium in a swap deal.
The 21-year-old Belgian international is under contract at Monaco until 2022, and, right now, Tielemans will return to the Ligue 1 side at the end of the campaign.
Whenever Tielemans has been asked about staying on at Leicester, he’s appeared open to that possibility.
But that’s a long way from Leicester closing a deal for the midfielder.
Man United & Tottenham
On Thursday morning, HLN journalist Kristof Terreur has posted a Tielemans update.
In bad news for Leicester, it’s claimed ” Tottenham and Man United are still sniffing around – he’s been on their future target lists for a while.”
Kristof Terreur also notes that Tottenham were in the market for Tielemans in January.
Youri Tielemans is open for an extended stay at Leicester, but considering his options. Tottenham and Man United are still sniffing around – he’s been on their future target lists for a while. “We will see”, he says. Tielemans was offered to Spurs in January.

So would Tielemans prefer to play for Spurs or United rather than Leicester?
One would assume that the lure of playing in the Champions League could be pivotal in Tielemans’ decision making-process.
Saying that, Man United are sixth in the Premier League, while Tottenham are third.
It’s also worth noting that Leicester may yet finish the season in seventh, which could qualify them for next season’s Europa League.
