Harry Winks in Qatar
Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks is currently in Qatar.
Winks is currently sidelined with an ankle injury.
He’s in the Gulf visiting the Aspetar clinic in Doha, Qatar, which describes itself as “the world’s leading specialised orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital”.
The 22-year-old is unlikely to feature for Spurs again this season.
‘Harry Kane is better than Cristiano Ronaldo’
On Sunday, Winks was a guest on BeIN Sports alongside Richard Keys and Andy Gray.
They used to opportunity to probe Winks about just how good Harry Kane is.
Kane is on 25 Premier League, five behind Liverpool star Mo Salah.
Yet, according to Winks, Kane is the best number 9 in world football.
So he’s better than Cristiano Ronaldo? Winks, without naming the Real Madrid star, made the following Kane claims:
For me he’s the best striker in the world, and I think he’s proven that. As an out-and-out number 9, I think he’s the best striker in the world, I do.
What I gage from talking to him and seeing him around the building every day, he loves the club, he’s passionate about succeeding and winning trophies at Tottenham. As far as I can see he’s more than happy at Spurs and hopefully he can lead us to glory and trophies.
.@HarryWinks: "He's, for me, the best striker in the world."

Tottenham: 2018-19 dark horse?
How will Spurs fare in 2018-19 Premier League?
Tottenham will move into their new stadium in the summer, while big things are expected of the Lillywhites next term.
If they can hold onto Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christen Eriksen, why can’t Tottenham win the league?
Spurs are 10/1 to win the 2019 EPL.
