The name of Arsenal talent Charlie Patino has taken its place front and centre in the social media headlines late on Tuesday evening.
This comes after the midfield starlet provided a fresh glimpse into his immense talents.
Those of an Arsenal persuasion will of course be fully aware of Patino’s abilities, with the 18-year-old having long been viewed as a star in the making on the red half of north London.
Aware that first-team football would be difficult to come by at the Emirates this season, though, the England youth international, earlier this month, agreed to a loan move to the Championship.
Taking his talents to Blackpool, Patino was expected to gradually settle into Michael Appleton’s ranks, before eventually pushing for a regular starting berth.
Just days on from his arrival, though, the midfielder was afforded his debut, starring off the bench in a 2-0 defeat to Stoke City.

Then, on Tuesday, it was time for Patino’s first start.
As Blackpool welcomed League Two outfit Barrow to Bloomfield Road, the Arsenal man was thrown in from the off in the middle of the park.
And, once more, Patino took full advantage of the opportunity afforded to him.
Though his side were eventually sent packing from the EFL Cup in concerning fashion, the teenage prodigy stood tall, on his way to eventual Man of the Match honours.
