The latest on Traore & Boly ahead of Wolves’ meeting with West Brom
Derby clash
The latest round of Premier League fixtures is set to get underway at Molineux on Saturday afternoon.
Wolves will play host to struggling West Bromwich Albion, in the first Black Country Derby of the campaign.
Both sides are set to head into proceedings in search of a bounce-back result, amid dismal respective spells of form.
Visitors West Brom, after initially looking as though the appointment of Sam Allardyce could go at least some way towards turning their season around, have since slipped to a trio of consecutive defeats.
After being utterly embarrassed by both Leeds and Arsenal in the Premier League, the Baggies’ latest outing saw them ousted from the FA Cup by League One outfit Blackpool last weekend.

Wolves, though, have not exactly fared much better of late, with tomorrow’s hosts currently in the midst of a 5-game winless streak in the English top-flight.
Their own last outing, meanwhile, saw the Staffordshire outfit downed by 2 goals to 1 at home to Everton.
‘See how they are…’
Wolves’ woes of late, though, can be at least partly attributed to the current state of Nuno Espirito Santo’s squad.
A whole host of the club’s key performers – including the likes of Raul Jimenez, Daniel Podence, Willy Boly and Jonny – have spent time on the sidelines of late, with respective injury problems.
As such, during his final pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday’s derby clash, Santo was inevitably asked for a team news update.
And the Wolves boss first went on to confirm that both Adama Traore – who missed out versus Everton – and Willy Boly – who has not taken to the pitch since the middle of last month, could feature:
‘We have to assess. We have Adama [Traore] and [Willy] Boly coming and joining – let’s see how they are tomorrow. It’s about trying to make the right decisions, assessing with the doctor and themselves.’
The news on the club’s other absentees, however, proved less positive:
We still have Daniel [Podence] out, so we have to work do before preparing for tomorrow. We still have Jonny, Podence, Marcal and Raul. Boly is joining, that’s the good thing.’
Nuno on the fans, the derby and our latest team news.
