One star Manchester United player is set to leave the club at the end of the season after rejecting the clubs latest contract offer to stay.
That player comes in the form of Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini who has rejected the latest deal on the table for him to stay.
The former Everton man started the season in fine form but has struggled with injury and has also now lost his place in the team.
This is said to be one of the reasons why the player is looking to leave and will not be signing a new deal.
Not only are his chances in the first-team his only reason for rejecting the contract, reports also claim he is unhappy with the figures involved.
That has lead to Manchester United fearing for the players future as he could leave for free at the end of the season.
Besiktas have been one club linked with a move for the Belgian for some time now and could be the club he joins for free.
Reports state that the club will not allow the player to leave in January, so that leaves Fellaini no choice but to run his contract down or sign a new one.
The next few months could well prove pivotal in that decision.

Premier League club joins the Fellaini battle
In a shock move, one of Manchester United’s title rivals are looking to sign Fellaini in the summer.
With the player set to leave for free, there would be no possibility of stopping the player from joining a rival.
The decision will fully come down to the Belgian and one big Premier League club is looking to convince him to join.
