England vs Wales
England are set to return to action on Thursday evening, in the first of three fixtures to be played out over the course of the international break.
The first outing comes in the form of a friendly meeting with neighbours and close rivals Wales.
The clash holds little significance when it comes to the actual result, but Gareth Southgate and co. will nevertheless be eager to pick up a victory, as they look ahead to their latest set of competitive fixtures.

Following their meeting with Wales, the Three Lions are set to play out two Nations League fixtures.
First up is a showdown with Belgium on Sunday evening, the result of which is no doubt set to play a major role in who tops the Group B table, currently led by the Red Devils.
England will then host Denmark three days later, in a 7:45 PM kick-off.
Southgate on Pickford
Ahead of his side’s latest set of fixtures, Gareth Southgate held a press conference on Wednesday evening.
Southgate discussed a number of topics during the presser, one of which surrounded Jordan Pickford.
The shot-stopper has endured a tough time of it at club level of late, with his future under Carlo Ancelotti having been called into question back in August.
However, despite the speculation surrounding Pickford’s name, the Everton boss has persisted with the 26-year-old as his no.1 over the early weeks of the season.
Whilst the Toffees have been in fine form, though, Pickford’s poor displays have continued, with his latest high-profile error having come just this past weekend vs Brighton:

As such, speaking in his pre-Wales presser, Southgate addressed Pickford’s form, before confirming that he will not start vs Wales:
“Jordan Pickford has made errors, Nick Pope made errors too at the weekend and Dean Henderson has only played League Cup games in changed line-ups. It is a close contest and all three we would not have any hesitation in putting in goal.
“We will make a change tomorrow and it is a good opportunity to put players in.
“We have had keepers retire because they have felt it is a difficult situation to handle and to give people the opportunity to show what they can do.
“It is a tight call, Jordan’s performances with us have been excellent, I am not oblivious what has happened to him at Everton and we have to try and help them be in their best possible form when they are with us.”
