Man City? Paul Pogba slaughtered & Jose Mourinho doesn’t who the liar is
Was Paul Pogba offered to Man City?
If Pep Guardiola was intending to stir up trouble, the Man City boss succeeded.
Much of the build up to Saturday’s Manchester derby was dominated by Guardiola’s pre-match claims regarding Paul Pogba.
In an amazing revelation, Guardiola insisted that Mino Raiola, Pogba’s agent, offered the French midfielder to Man City in January.
Not only that, but Guardiola claimed Henrikh Mkhitaryan was also offered to City before the Armenian joined Arsenal. He said:
Finally, the people discover my secrets – a bad guy. I’m a coward. I don’t understand why I am a so bad guy. I never speak with him so his opinion [about me], I don’t know. But being a guy who two months ago offered me Mkhitaryan and Pogba to play with us. Why?
Why he offer? He was interested in Mhikitaryan and Pogba to play with us? So he has to protect his players and has to know he cannot bring the players to a guy like me, like a dog. And comparing a dog is bad. It’s not good. He has to respect the dogs.”
Ladies and gentlemen, Pep Guardiola on:

Prior to the derby on Saturday, Jose Mourinho was asked about Guardiola’s claims.
The Man United boss played the role as the victim who has been blindsided by the story. Mourinho remarked:
Guardiola says that, the agent denies, so one of them is saying the truth and one of them is not telling the truth.
Honestly, I am not interested in knowing which one is the liar and which one is the honest guy. I am not interested in that.
Paul Pogba slaughtered vs Man City
During the Manchester derby, especially in the first half, Paul Pogba was slaughtered on social media.
Has Pep got into his head? Not really. Pogba has been under-performing for a large parts of the season.
Pogba was unable to impose himself in the first half against Man City, as the Sky Blues went 2-nil up.
Vincent Kompany opened for City, while Ilkay Guendogan scored the crucial second.
As City marched towards the Premier League title, Pogba was hammered on Twitter.
UPDATE: Pogba turned the narrative on it’s head at the start of the second half.
Pogba scored twice in quick succession at United levelled the match.
It was an amazing way to silence the haters…
See the reaction below.
Bizarre that Pogba still has City’s shade of blue in his hair. Is his agent colouring his barnet these days?

Pogba did not play for the team in that half. He played for himself. Granted, everyone is playing poorly, but he is more interested in winning personal duels than launching attacks. Ego is causing him to hold onto the ball to show he can overcome challenges himself. And he can't.

Perhaps Pogba’s agent should offer him to Leicester City next time, may have more luck based on that first half.
Manchester City don’t even seem to be full on trying, and yet they’re bullying their neighbours.

Is it possible Pogba DID sign for City in Jan? He has been one of their best players today

Surprised Raiola tried to offer Pogba to Man City. There's no way he'd get a game under Guardiola.
