Liverpool could only manage a 0-0 draw at home to Championship club Blackburn Rovers in the quarter final of the FA Cup on Sunday at Anfield.
Slovakian defender Martin Skrtel had to be stretchered off early on after suffering a concussion in what looked like a very serious injury.
Skrtel’s injury added an extra eight minutes onto the clock in first half stoppage time.
Looking to reassure his fans that his concussion was nothing to be concerned about, Skrtel updated his Instagram account on Sunday night with a family picture.
The Liverpool defender had Instagram’s locator enabled, revealing that he was at the Cote d’Azur Airport in Nice, France.
Skrtel was sitting with his wife and his son on a private jet.
The defender wrote:

Liverpool now have a bit of time off until their next match, when they take on Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Monday, March 16th.
Liverpool then are set for another week’s rest before they take on Manchester United on home soil.
