What’s happening with Philippe Coutinho?
Over the past few days, reports have been claiming that Philippe Coutinho could be on his way out of Liverpool.
Coutinho’s future has been tied to his Brazilian international team mate Neymar.
Depending on what rumour you wish to pick up, some are claiming that Coutinho could be signed by Barcelona to replace Neymar should he join PSG.
Others, however, are linking the Liverpool playmaker with PSG, claiming Neymar wants to team up with Coutinho in the French capital.
Liverpool & West Ham
When it comes to West Ham news, Twitter user @ExWHUemployee is known to be a social media ITK worth listening to.
The Hammers insider appears on a weekly basis on Phoenix FM, and in the latest show on Wednesday night it was claimed that Liverpool are lining up a move for Manuel Lanzini in the event Coutinho leaves Anfield.
Of course, there are plenty of ifs, buts and maybes surrounding these possible deals, however the news has spread around Hammers fans fast.
24-year-old Lanzini is under contract with West Ham until 2020.
In 35 Premier League appearances last season, the Argentine scored eight goals and chipped in with two assists.

If we lost Lanzini to Liverpool, I'd be so fucking mad

Hope Coutinho stays at Liverpool, can't bear the thought of Lanzini even potentially going to them :/ would hurt more than Payet

Liverpool want Lanzini. Anything less than £40m would be an insult. £35m + Sturridge could work.
