Liverpool fans took a keen interest in the Palace-Boro game.

Why? Because for the first time since his January loan move from Anfield, Mamadou Sakho started in the Palace backline.

Sakho started at the back in partnership with James Tomkins as both Scott Dann and Damian Delany were out of the staring XI.

Was the clean sheet a coincidence?
