Chelsea 2018-19 away kit
The good people at Footy Headlines have got their hands of the brand new design for Chelsea’s 2018-19 away kit.
For the first time in Chelsea’s history, their away kit is set to be yellow.
Made by Nike, Yokohama Tyres will once again have their logo on the front of the jerseys.
There is a little bit of noticeable detail on the inside of the collar, as ‘Blue is the colour – 1905’ is stitched in in blue.
The new Chelsea 2018-2019 yellow away kill is scheduled to be launched in July 2018.
Chelsea & Tottenham: FA Cup favourites
This weekend stages the semifinals of the 2017-18 FA Cup.
On Saturday at Wembley Stadium, Man United will take on Tottenham.
On Sunday, against at Wembley, Chelsea face off against Southampton.
The bookies believe that Chelsea and Tottenham are the joint-favourites to win the FA Cup.
Chelsea have been priced at 7/4 to win the trophy.
Last season, many believed that Chelsea would also win the FA Cup to complete a double in Antonio Conte’s first season at the Blues. Yet, Chelsea were beaten in the final by Arsenal.
Could they suffer a shock defeat against Southampton?
On Tuesday the Blues have been hit with the news Marcos Alonso has been charged by the FA for violent conduct.
The charge comes from last weekend’s Premier League match against Southampton at St Mary’s. Alonso dragged his studs into the back of Shane Long’s leg.
Alonso could received a three match ban as a result.
Were that to happen, the 27-year-old Spanish wing-back would miss this weekend’s FA Cup semifinal, plus upcoming Premier League matches against Burnley and Swansea City.
