Jurgen Klopp celebrates Liverpool win at West Ham

Huddersfield love Jurgen Klopp’s comment after West Ham

West Brom 1 – Huddersfield 2

It’s beginning to look certain that West Brom are doomed.

Alan Pardew has failed to galvanised the Baggies after they sacked Tony Pulis.

Will West Brom live to regret getting rid of Pulis – a man who build a reputation on avoiding the drop?

Huddersfield pick up a huge away win at the Hawthorns beating West Brom 2-1.

Rajiv van La Parra and Steve Mounie scored for Huddersfield at the start of the season half. Craig Dawson pulled a goal back for West Brom but they couldn’t find an equaliser.

With ten games remaining, do West Brom need six wins to stay up?

Liverpool 4 – West Ham 1

Switching to the other end of the table, Liverpool moved into second with a 4-1 win over West Ham on Saturday.

Goals from Emre Can, Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane saw the Reds leapfrog Man United.

Huddersfield love Jurgen Klopp’s comment

After the West Ham win, Jurgen Klopp made a brilliant comment in a post match interview.

Klopp was asked for his response to a “well deserved win” over the Hammers.

Rather than talking about the game, the Liverpool boss told the reporter why he was extra happy on Saturday:

When I came in the dressing room and I thought ‘can this day get any better?’ Huddersfield won as well!

Klopp burst out in laughter as he talked about the Huddersfield result.

Of course, Klopp is best buddies with Huddersfield manager David Wagner.

The Terriers have since shared the video on their social media page.
