Wenger at Leicester v PSG
Ligue 1 champions PSG thumped the 2015-16 Premier League winners Leicester 4-0 in a pre-season friendly in America on Saturday night.
Away from what happened on the pitch, however, much of the chatter surrounding the game concerned possible transfer news.
Throughout the summer, Arsenal have been linked with Leicester players. A bid for Jamie Vardy was rejected during the Euros, while more recent times have seen Arsenal turn up the pressure on Riyad Mahrez.
The Mahrez to Arsenal rumours were given a shot in the arm on Saturday night, as Arsene Wenger watched Leicester take on PSG, alongside Steve Bould.
The two Gunners men wore official Arsenal gear at the game.
Ranieri claims Mahrez is staying
This weekend, Claudio Ranieri has made it clear he expects his Algerian star to stay put.
BeIN Sports were with Leicester on Friday during pre-season, and Ranieri told the broadcasters that Riyad Mahrez will “100%” stay at Leicester this season.
Some tweets on the Wenger sighting at the Leicester game are below.
Wenger will be doing an interview with @beINSPORTS in tomorrow's media, where he allegedly will talk about Riyad Mahrez.
