Burnley 1 – Man City 1
It’s been a few days since Burnley held Man City to a 1-1 draw in the Premier League.
Pep Guardiola’s charges dropped two points on Saturday at Turf Moor.
That wouldn’t have been the case had Raheem Sterling not missed a golden opportunity to score from a yard out.
Full-back Danilo was the surprise City scorer in the first half. The defender beat Nick Pope with a brilliant shot from outside the box.
But Burnley earned a shared of the spoils eight minutes from time. Johann Berg Gudmundsson converted a cross from Matt Lowton to earn Sean Dyche’s men a deserved point.
Burnley savage Man City’s Bernardo Silva
A brilliant picture was taken during the Burnley-Man City game.
The image captured Clarets centre-half Ben Mee stopping Man City’s Bernardo Silva in his tracks.
Mee caught Silva with his left arm.
Ben Mee here, not taking any nonsense from little Bernie Silva because it's way past his bedtime now, come on, BED pic.twitter.com/UNNL8Dh1kb

That image has spurned Burnley’s official Twitter account into action by cooking up photoshops of the Bernardo Silva incident.
