Glenn Murray vs Alexandre Lacazette
Back in January 2017, Brighton signed Glenn Murray from Bournemouth.
Murray, then a 33-year-old, joined the Seagulls for an undisclosed fee.
As for Arsenal, they broke their club transfer record signing Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon last summer.
Many Arsenal fans believed Lacazette could score 20 plus Premier League goals this season, but that’s not how things have played out.
Lacazette is currently on the sidelines with an injury.
Brighton = Arsenal
In an incredible stat on Saturday, Brighton’s Glenn Murray is as good as Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette.
Murray scored twice against Swansea to move up to 10 Premier League goals for the season.
That’s the same as what Lacazette has returned for Arsenal this season.

Brighton 4 – Swansea 1
Brighton picked up a huge win over Swansea in their battle for survival.
The Seagulls are known for their usual inability to score a lot of goals. But against Swansea, Chris Hughton’s side scored four big goals.
Glenn Murray broke the deadlock in the first half from the penalty spot. The veteran then scored his second in the 69th minute to give the hosts room to breathe.
Anthony Knockaert made it 3-0, before Lewis Dunk scored an own goal.
Jurgen Locadia capped the win with his first Premier League goal for Brighton.
