West Ham in freefall
It looks inevitable right now that West Ham will be sucked into the bottom three.
The Hammers were appalling on Friday night at the London Stadium as Brighton claimed a 3-0 away win.
Slaven Bilic now looks set to be the next Premier League manager to leave his post.
West Ham are only above Stoke on goal difference, while the Irons have two wins in nine Premier League matches.
And that’s after spending big money in the summer signing Marko Arnautovic, Javier Hernandez and Joe Hart.
Baby gets Angelo Ogbonna in trouble
The mood around West Ham is toxic right now as fans call for Bilic’s head.
Eagle-eyed social media followers, however, thought one senior player had joined their calls over the weekend.
West Ham fans spotted that Ogbonna’s official Instagram account ‘liked’ a ‘BilicOut’ comment.
Screenshots of the Ogbonna ‘like’ spread quickly around the internet.

However, rather than simply allow the issue to slide, Ogbonna responded explaining what happened.

Seeming upset about the suggestion he’d publicly call out his manager, Ogbonna revealed how his baby had hit the like button on Instagram.
Tottenham v West Ham
Next up for West Ham is a trip to Wembley in midweek to take on Tottenham in the League Cup.
Mauricio Pochettino could use the occasion to give valuable minutes to a couple of key first team players.
Danny Rose made his return for Spurs in the Champions League against Real Madrid. He’s set to start against West Ham.
Tottenham fans are also hoping to see Argentine midfielder Erik Lamela back on the pitch for the first time in a year. He’s been out with a problematic hip.
