Arsenal & Alexis Sanchez
One of the biggest stories on transfer deadline day was that Alexis Sanchez stayed at Arsenal.
Manchester City tired to sign the Chilean star from Arsenal but in the end the Gunners held onto their South American star.
Alexis is able to walk out of the Emirates Stadium next summer for free.
Moreover, Sanchez is permitted to begin talks with foreign clubs about a move from Arsenal as early as January. Will he join PSG or Barcelona?

Aside from the issues over his non-exit from Arsenal, Alexis Sanchez has also suffered badly on the pitch in recent weeks.
In the last match before the international break, Alexis was part of Arsenal’s team that lost 4-0 at Liverpool.

Chile slumped to a shock 3-0 defeat at home to Paraguay last week, and on Tuesday night they lost 1-0 away at Bolivia.
After the Bolivia game, Alexis posted a miserable update on Instagram in which he admitted being “tired of crying”.

Boost before Bournemouth
This weekend Arsenal return to Premier League action with a home match against Bournemouth.
Bournemouth are one of the few teams below 16th placed Arsenal in the Premier League. That’s after the Cherries have lost their opening three matches of the season.
Ahead of that game, Alexis Sanchez has returned to social media. In sunnier news, the South American star has revealed he’s fully focused on playing for the Gunners.
