An excellent start for Chris Wilder and his team.

Last weekend, the Blades travelled all the way down to Dean Court to face Bournemouth in their opener.

However, it was the home side who took the lead just after the hour mark.

But, in the very last minute of normal time, Bill Sharp popped up and snatched an equaliser.

Cue scenes in the away end and rightly so.

Can they build on that draw and get a win in their first home game of 2019/20?

With Leicester and Chelsea to come before the international break, it’s important they do just that.

Sheffield United though have never won a Premier League match on a Sunday.

They are the only side to have ever played more than once on that particular day of the week and never been victorious.

Will Chris Wilder’s side change that in the first top-flight game at Bramall Lane for 12 years?

Can Crystal Palace silence Bramall Lane?

As for Crystal Palace, they too got a draw on the opening weekend.

The Eagles drew 0-0 with Everton last Saturday in a pretty uneventful match at Selhurst Park.

After a summer of uncertainty in South London, many feared that Palace could be in trouble this season.

However, they can quell those fears, for now at least, with a victory up in Yorkshire.

Roy Hodgson’s men travel to Old Trafford next weekend and they’ll be desperate to be going there off the back of a win.

Palace got the sixth most away points in the league last season so will they begin with a win on the road this time around?

Chris Wilder’s Sheffield United, as always, will line-up in a 3-4-1-2 formation.

Goalkeeper Dean Henderson, who’s on loan from Manchester United, remains their number one.

Wilder stuck with the same back three that played in the Championship last year: Jack O’Connell, Chris Basham and John Egan.

Veteran Phil Jagielka, who rejoined the club in the summer, will once again be on the bench.

George Baldock and Enda Stevens will continue as marauding wing-backs.

Oli Norwood caught the eye of many last week at Bournemouth and will be looking to impress once more.

Further forward in midfield, John Fleck will be looking to support the front two.

Oliver McBurnie is expected to come in for Callum Robinson to partner David McGoldrick.

Bill Sharp, who scored with his first-ever shot in the Premier League last week, will once again be on the bench.

Sharp is also the top scorer in English league football in the 21st century with 228 and he’s now scored in all four divisions.

Will Bramall Lane be rocking once again?

As for Crystal Palace, none of the three new players made their debut last weekend and they’re all expected to be on the bench once more.

Vicente Guaita is still the number one goalkeeper after impressing last season.

In defence, with Mamadou Sakho injured and Gary Cahill not up to speed, Martin Kelly will continue alongside Scott Dann.

Joel Ward is the first choice right-back after Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s departure to Manchester United.

In midfield, Luka Milivojević and James McArthur will continue as the central duo.

Cheikhou Kouyaté and new signings Víctor Camarasa and James McCarthy will be amongst the substitutes.

Out-wide, Wilfried Zaha came off the bench last Saturday but is expected to start this time.

Max Meyer will drop out.

Up front, Jordan Ayew and Christian Benteke will be tasked with getting the goals.

Benteke has scored just four goals in his last 52 appearance for Palace so can he end his very long barren spell?

Roy Hodgson’s side were really good on the road last year so will they win their first away match of 2019/20?
