Liverpool fans vs Man City’s bus
One of the big stories from Wednesday’s Champions League match at Anfield is what happened to Man City’s bus.
For weeks building up to Liverpool’s quarterfinal with to the Sky Blues, Reds fans had planning for how to affect the atmosphere.
When the team buses approached Anfield before the game thousands of Liverpool fans lined the streets.
That lead to troubling scenes, as Man City’s bus was pelted with missiles.
Video footage shot from inside Man City’s bus revealed how terrifying the welcome was from the Liverpool fans.

Pep: "The bus is destroyed but I did not expect a prestigious club like Liverpool doing this kind of thing."

Sarcastic Pep Guardiola was furious
Footage has also emerged of Pep Guardiola’s reaction to the Liverpool fans’ welcome.
When the Man City manager stepped off the bus, he sarcastically vented at Liverpool’s employees.
Pep Guardiola ‘thanked’ Liverpool for failing to guard Manchester City’s bus as it arrived at Anfield:
Thank you for protecting us. Thank you so much. I appreciate what you have done. Shame!
The Man City manager also flashed a thumbs up sign as he revealed his obvious frustrations.

We’re now at the halftime stage in the Champions League quarterfinals.
Are all the ties already over?
After the first-legs, it’s easy to make the case that the four semifinalists have already made themselves clear.
Real Madrid thrashed Juventus 3-0 in Turin as the reigning champs virtually booked their final four spot.
Also on Tuesday night Bayern Munich laid down a marker. The Bavarians came from behind to win 2-1 away at Sevilla.
Barcelona also seem a semifinal shoo-in after they beat AS Roma 4-1 at the Camp Nou on Wednesday.
While Man City have a mountain to climb to reach the semis after Liverpool won 3-0 at Anfield.
