Romelu Lukaku’s big Man United bonus

Romelu Lukaku & Man United

It must have been a strange week for Romelu Lukaku at Man United.

In the build-up to Saturday’s Premier League match at Southampton, all the talk around Lukaku surrounded his penis.

That’s after Man United fans were accused of racism due to the lyrics of Lukaku’s Man United song.

While fans have been asked to stop singing the chant, it was again on show at Southampton.

Some of the papers on Sunday lead with how Man United are set to use CCTV footage to weed out the supporters who were singing the Lukaku song at St Mary’s.

Southampton 0 – Lukaku 1

When it came to the football, Lukaku let his body do the talking.

The Belgian centre-forward powered home a shot in the box following an Ashley Young cross from the left.

Lukaku has now scored eight goals in eight games since his summer move from Everton.

Those incredible numbers have helped push Man United to the top of the table.

The Red Devils are level on points with Man City, although the Sky Blues have plus four goal difference.

One of the lead stories on the back page of the Sunday Sun is that Lukaku has big Man United scoring bonus.

It’s reported that if the 75 million pound signing finishes the season at the Premier League’s Golden Boot winner “he will land at least a six-figure” cash reward.

Lukaku is currently on top of the EPL scoring charts with six goals, level with Man City’s Sergio Aguero and Chelsea’s Alvaro Morata.
