More controversial decisions
It’s worth noting that the ref continued to make rough decisions in the game.
Flamengo had a goal controversially disallowed for offside, but they still reversed the deficit to lead 2-1.
In the last minute, however, the ref awarded a penalty against Fla for handball, despite it clearly hitting a player’s chest. Vasco scored and the match ended 2-2.
