Reece James pokes fun at Wilfried Zaha after Chelsea’s win over Crystal Palace

Chelsea star Reece James has taken to social media on Saturday evening, to celebrate his individual display versus Crystal Palace in head-turning fashion.

England international James, as expected, was afforded his latest starting berth earlier today.

In Chelsea’s post-international break return to action, the 22-year-old featured from the off on the right-hand side of new boss Graham Potter’s backline.

And James, all told, went on to impress, en route to an eventual 2-1 triumph for the evening’s visitors at Selhurst Park.

The stopper, as alluded to above, has therefore taken to social media post-match, to celebrate his side’s latest three-point haul.

And, in the process, James has too enjoyed some fun at the expense of Crystal Palace talisman Wilfried Zaha.

Alongside a photo of he and the Ivorian international battling for the ball, James made use of a simple caption, in the form of a lock emoji.

This is made use of to signify that the Chelsea standout had Palace’s star attacker ‘on lock’, in simpler terms that he essentially dominated Zaha from start to finish in south London on Saturday afternoon.
