Harry Kane is still a top target for Real Madrid, despite the club being one of the favourites for the Champions League after their win over PSG – and they are ramping up their summer efforts to land him.
The club will offer a huge sum of money come the summer for the Premier League star – according to Don Balon at least, and Tottenham Hotspur will have to make sure they stand firm ahead of their new stadium move and their fight for trophies.
“To be fair Daniel Levy over the years has shown he will not be bullied by no one if he doesn’t think the deal is right,” former Spurs player Samways said to the Sun.
“I believe Harry will be at Spurs next season to take them into the new stadium and see how it develops from there. If Spurs are still pushing for trophies then I’m sure he will be happy to stay.”
Another side who look like they will be spending a huge amount once again in the summer is PSG, who have fallen at the first hurdle in the Champions League once again.
They will have to trust in the likes of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe for some time to come – but the club will be looking to add to their squad, and also search for a new manager to boot, with Spurs boss Pochettino someone who is top of that list, meaning the club could well have to resist approaches for their best player and the man who they think can finally take their team to the next level in terms of trophies and titles.
