Toni Kroos hits out at Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui’s tactics

Not happy with his role

Toni Kroos has added to the growing pressure for Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui.

The midfielder has hit out at the tactics employed by the former Spain manager.

Kroos has noted he thinks he’s playing too deeply at the minute.

Standard Sport report he said: “It’s a challenge to reverse this situation.

“We’ve shown we can do it. We’ve always had phases like these. It doesn’t worry me.

“I like playing deeper, but I’m not Casemiro.”
