Liverpool getting closer?
RB Leipzig sporting director Ralf Rangnick has criticised Naby Keita’s team after insisting that the player had been influenced by people around him.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to Liverpool for several months and that has lead to murmurs around the player.
With Leipzig not playing ball when it comes to a move, Rangnick has ensured that Liverpool know the player is not available and will not be sold.
Safe to say, that hasn’t meant that the Reds have gone away from pursuing their interest and are likely to continue that until the end of the transfer window.
Rangnick has now taken a dig at Naby Keita’s entourage and it is not sure whether that will push him closer to the exit door or away from it.
“A whole village in Guinea or somebody from their entourage tells the players why they must do something right away. I can’t blame the players,” he explained.
Barcelona closing in on Coutinho?
Although it look at one point that Barcelona may not get their man, it now looks more and more likely.
The Catalan club have seemingly been given indications over a deal and they now have reason to believe they can get a deal done.
