Leaked photos of the altogether unique ‘Madchester’ jerseys set to be made available by Manchester City next season have come to the fore online on Thursday.

City’s incoming collab

As the 2020/21 campaign inches towards its conclusion, a host of next term’s kits have begun to leak across social media.

Leicester City, Arsenal and Leeds are just three of the Premier League’s clubs to have seen their up-and-coming looks find their way online over the last couple of weeks.

And, as outlined above, the latest English heavyweight to have joined this list, on Thursday, comes in the form of Manchester City.

This comes with Puma’s designs for a special addition to the Citizens’ kits for 2021/22 having surfaced this afternoon.

The jersey, if the first images are anything to go by, looks set to see the club’s Etihad sponsor dropped, in favour of the word ‘Madchester’.

As per Wikipedia:

The movement has since been transformed into a brand, alongside which City are set to collaborate in releasing the following shirts:

Leeds clash

Whilst Man City’s fresh look takes centre stage on Thursday, this weekend, Guardiola and co. will turn their attentions very much back towards matters on the pitch.

This comes with the Sky Blues set to welcome Leeds United to the Etihad on Saturday afternoon, for a Premier League showdown.

A victory over the Whites would see Pep Guardiola’s champions in waiting move, at least temporarily, a full 17 points clear of 2nd-placed Manchester United at the summit of the English top-flight.
