Foe turns friend
Paris Saint Germain star Neymar Jr did not snub Celtic defender Anthony Ralston on Tuesday, he had already promised to donate the shirt to charity.
The charity comes in the form of Marina Dalglish Appeal, a charity that helps support women with breast cancer.
The Brazilian was not the friend of many in Scotland on Tuesday after his performance and was thought to have declined to give Ralston his shirt after the game.
It was revealed on Wednesday that he had not actually snubbed the player out of spite, but because the shirt was going to a great cause.
The Marina Dalglish Appeal was set-up by the Dalglish family, led by legendary Scotsman Kenny Dalglish’s wife after successfully being treated in 2003.
This will certainly go some way to repairing his reputation in Scotland after it was first thought he snubbed 18-year-old Ralston.
That came after the pair were seen in a heated confrontation during the game after Neymar seemingly laughed in the players face.
Neymar played a pivotal role in the game between PSG and Celtic, scoring the first goal in a 5-0 thrashing.
Kylian Mbappa and Edinson Cavani also got in on the action as the trio continue to tear teams apart in Europe and Ligue 1.

While the front three of Paris Saint Germain impressed vs Celtic, one player also stood out.
That came in the form of 22-year-old midfielder Adrien Rabiot whose brilliant assist gave Neymar his goal and PSG the lead.
While that goal did not prove pivotal in the result, it certainly got PSG on their way and was the catalyst for the Celtic collapse.
